The Kuala Lumpur Amateur Swimming Association (PRAKL) is pleased to extend invitation to all novice swimmers of affiliated clubs/schools of PRAKL and academies based in Kuala Lumpur and Putrajaya to participate in the PRAKL Talent Carnival 2019, Circuit 2 as follows:-

            a)         Date                             :  30^th November – 1^st December, 2019 (Sat-Sun)

b)         Venue                          :  Kompleks Renang Kuala Lumpur,

   Bandar Tun Razak, Kuala Lumpur

            c)         Organizer                     :  Kuala Lumpur Amateur Swimming Association (PRAKL)

            d)         Auspices                       :  Amateur Swimming Union of Malaysia

            e)         Rules                            :  FINA Rules Applies

            f)          Age of Reckoning         :  As of 1^st January 2019

            g)         Eligibility                     :  Novice swimmers only (please refer to rules)

            h)         Team Manager Meeting :  4:00 pm., 29^th November, 2019 (Friday)

            i)          Entries                           : No limit to the number of swimmers or events that can  

                                                                be participated, subject to the Rules

j)          Closing Date                 :  5.00pm on Friday, 8^th November, 2019
