Persatuan Renang Amatur Kuala Lumpur (PRAKL) is pleased to extend invitation to all swimmers of affiliated clubs of ASUM and schools affiliated to PRAKL to participate in the 4th ASUM/NSC/MILO Mid & Long Distance Swimming Championships 2019 which will be held from 5th - 6th October, 2019 at National Aquatic Centre, Kuala Lumpur Sports City, Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur.

All entries are to be submitted electronically via the Hy-tek Team Manager software and emailed to chuatb88@gmail.com with a cc copy to praklumpur@gmail.com
Please note that the closing date for entries is 5.00pm, 12th September, 2019 (Friday).
